Our client believed that many processes within their business operations were duplicated and had the potential to be operated and managed by a single unit.
Firstly, our client undertook a mapping exercise to capture processes within their engineering and construction business divisions. Our team was then engaged to compare the processes and get to work in merging these units.
To achieve the project objective, Veev followed some key steps – reviewing existing processes, identifying tasks that had similarities, and flagging those that would be more difficult to merge. We needed to identify which roles performed each activity, and the result was a streamlined merger of two business units, improving their level of customer response and satisfaction.
